2.4. Additional software upgrades or copies. You can only use additional updates or copies of the software beyond your license if you (a) have acquired these rights under a support contract covering the corresponding software; or (b) You have acquired the right to use additional updates or copies separately. “Designated License” refers to each license ordered by the client for a designated moderator. “Software” is the object code and machine-readable version of computer programs provided by Cisco Cloud Services for Collaboration Technology and made available to the customer by Cisco for a license, including the firmware and all Cisco patches, patches, updates or upgrades. Cisco`s (CLUE) end-user license agreement and all additional conditions are listed below. Cisco Software is allowed for the registered end user. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions govern your use of Cisco software, both locally and in the cloud. 12.8. Exports. Cisco`s software, cloud services, products, technologies and services (together “Cisco products”) are subject to U.S.
and local export control and sanctions legislation. You recognize the applicability and compliance of these laws and you accept and will not get, use, transfer, export or re-export Cisco products in a way that would encourage Cisco to violate these laws. They also agree to obtain all necessary licenses or authorizations. As the collaborative portfolio in its offering has grown over the decades of development, the agreements have been divided into 3 consumption modes to facilitate alignment. 3.2 Limited license. In conjunction with the Services, Cisco and/or the Supplier grant the Customer, during the duration of the contract, a non-exclusive and non-transferable license (if stipulated in the contract) for the use of the Software, to the extent necessary to make available to the customer these offers Cisco Cloud Services for Technology for the period defined in the SOF concerned, for the internal needs of the customer. Unless an agreement has been reached in writing, nothing in this ECJ transfers ownership of intellectual property rights or grants a licence. You retain ownership of your content and Cisco retains ownership of Cisco and Cisco Content technology. Cisco can use any feedback you give to your use of Cisco technology in your business activities. These licenses are used for the simple selection number with a limited set of call functions. They are often used for rest rooms, lobbies and conference rooms. With an Enterprise Agreement license, each user has access to the entire suite of telephony and PBX functions.
These include extension selections, call transmission, pending music, phone calls, voicemail with email integration, etc. Most customers are satisfied with IntelePeer`s basic plan, which costs $8.95 per user (regardless of the Cisco license option) per month, but more advanced plans will result in higher costs. With the purchase of licenses, if you are looking with Webex Calling for cloudhoshost collaboration, you will have to pay a monthly fee for the actual voting schedule and for direct post-election choice (DID) with IntelePeer. Cisco Enterprise Agreement is a way for companies to consolidate all the licenses needed to use multiple collaboration platforms into a single contract. The Cisco Collaboration Enterprise Agreement can also be communicated as a “flexible plan,” so if you see this formulation, you will now be aware of its interchangeable nature.
