Stripe User Agreement

You can override the Configuration settings for an individual account by specifying its capabilities and service agreement type with the API Accounts. Your use of a Payment Method may be subject to separate terms applicable to the Payment Method. For example, Visa and Mastercard require you to enter into an agreement with the Payment Method Acquirer for Visa and Mastercard Transactions. See Section C.5 and Section C.6 below for more detail. If you have a complaint with the Payment Services we provide, please contact complaints@stripe.com. Further information on our Complaints Policy can be found here. If your complaint is unresolved, you may be entitled to refer to (i) the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if SPUKL provides authorized Payment Services to you or (ii) the Irish Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) if STEL provides Authorised Payment Services to you. Duration and termination: These conditions will come into effect on the day you first access or use the services and will remain in effect until termination by you or By Stripe. You can terminate these terms at any time by closing your Stripe account at any time, opening the data card in your account settings, selecting “close my account” and reviewing the use of the Services.

If you use the Services again or open another Stripe account, you will re-accept these Terms. We may, at any time, terminate these conditions or terminate your Stripe account at any time (including any activity that may cause harm or loss to intangible assets of a means of payment) at any time (notice is required under current legislation). We may suspend or terminate your Stripe account and your ability to access your Stripe account if (i) we believe, at our discretion, that you are not eligible for use of the Services due to significant fraud or credit risk or other risk related to your Stripe account; (ii) you use the services in a prohibited manner or in any way that does not meet the provisions of these conditions; (iii) a law, a payment provider or a payment manager requires us to do so; or if (iv) we are in another property to do so under these conditions.
