Each court declares a conviction for driving offences. The data provided to the NDR consists of personal data, including name, address, gender, date of birth, driver`s licence number, declaration status and, as a general rule, a social security number. The data exchanged is usually 10 years old. The authority may refuse to issue a licence to such an applicant if, upon review, the receiving authority finds that it is not certain to grant that person the right to drive a motor vehicle on public roads. The competent authority on the receipt of a State party notifies the competent authority in the reception of the member state of origin of the licensee of any conviction of a person from another Member State who intervenes in his area of competence. In this report, the convicted person must be clearly identified; The description of the offence indicating the status, code or violation section of the regulation; Identify the jurisdiction in which action has been taken; indicate whether a conviction or non-debt has been received or whether the conviction is due to the loss of a surety, loan or other guarantee; and contains all the specific findings that are made in this context. The compact administrator under Article VII of the covenant is not entitled to additional compensation for his activity as a manager, but to expenses related to his duties and obligations as such directors, in the same way as for expenses related to other obligations or responsibilities of his function or employment. The National Driver Register (NDR) is a computerized database containing information on drivers who have been deprived or suspended from their driver`s licenses or who have been convicted of serious offences, such as driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. National auto agencies provide the NDR with the names of individuals who have lost their “privilege” or who have been convicted of a serious traffic violation. When a person applys for a driver`s licence, the state verifies whether the name is in the UN delivery report file. If a person has been reported to the NDR as a problem engine, the driver`s licence may be refused.  1.
The applicant has such a licence, but it has been suspended in whole or in part and if that suspension period has not expired. In the United States, the Driver License Agreement (DLA) is an intergovernmental pact written by the Joint Executive Board of the Driver License Compact (DLC) and the Non-Resident Violator Compact (NRVC) with the support of the staff of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). The DLA requires all states to honour licences issued by other Member States, to declare traffic penalties to the State under licence, to prohibit a Member State from seizing an extra-state driver`s licence or to jail a non-state driver for a minor offence; and maintain the full driver`s history, including resignations and convictions for road transport, including those committed in non-DLA countries.
